Halooooo :) How are you guys? Been enjoying summer so far? Oh goodness these last few days, it's been drizzling here in the Metro right?
But Yesterday, my prayers have been answered! =)) NO RAIN, JUST PURE SUNSHINE AND BEAUTIFUL WEATHER. Although it was quite hot, it was a great day for a shoot with my good friend, Ivan who happens to be starting off his career as a photographer. And I #selfie who might just want to give modeling a shot = Me could try :)
I've graced two photo shoots (by invitation) for two of my photographer friends, and lot of lookbook shoots with my dear sister, Dj, and a handful of crazy-fun shoots with my lovely friends Karla, Krissa, Reielle and Judy. What gives me the drive to really try freelance modeling is that I enjoy my experiences so far, though there's nothing professional on my part yet, and I really think it's fun! You know what they say,
"Do what you love and love what you do."
If you're one who's deciding on what career path to take, the phrase above will be a lot of help, just remember to consider all factors, resources, and even the sacrifices that you're willing to make for a successful journey! :)

Ivan talks about photography being his passion and career, with me, my mom and my sis, it shows that he really is dedicated to his craft because even when the sun was glaring its rays at us (him especially, he was facing the sun! haha), he was there patiently instructing a newbie, non-pro model like me and clicking away; he even taught my sister some basics in photography so we can have more mini-shoots of our own
